About the Event

Info for Riders

This session is suitable for riders aged 14+ only. The session will comprise of a Theory Session followed by a practical session. Theory - Mark Walker will present a short lecture introducing basic training principles and components of fitness as they relate to the female cyclist. Practical - Mark Wyer will lead a session on skills for criterium racing, concentrating on skills for effective cornering, fast starts and riding with others.
