The Olympic Park Legacy Company will be holding a public meeting to present revised plans to create a road cycle circuit and a mountain bike trial on the Olympic Park after the Games.
The new plans have been created with British Cycling, Sport England and Lee Valley Regional Park Authority, which will own and operate the Lee Valley VeloPark after the 2012 Games.
It proposes a one mile cycle circuit route which will cross the River Lea in the north of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. A mountain bike trail has been planned for the north east of the Park, with a new open space created on the opposite side of the river valley in Hackney.
People are invited to learn about the plans before the Legacy Company submits a planning application later this month.
The meeting will take place at 6.30pm to 8:30pm on Thursday 3 November 2011, at Stratford Town Hall, 29 The Broadway, Stratford, London, E15 4BQ.
