Welcome to the new British Cycling Website

As you may have noticed, British Cycling has launched a new website. This includes a new member, events, results & rankings database. The old British Cycling system had reached full capacity and was badly in need of replacement.

The new system is designed to support the organisation's plans to grow its membership to over 100,000 by 2013. It incorporates a range of new capabilities, particularly in the way it supports events and event organisers and in the way it provides members with information and services.

The new system will take several days to bed in, during which there will be a change-over process including the shut down of the old system and the transfer of data to the new system. This will result in a short period during which a couple of key services will be interrupted, as follows:

1/ Results - During the testing of the system over the past few weeks a full results service has not been possible. However, all outstanding results will be uploaded as soon as possible, once the new system is up and running. Apologies for the break in service.

2/ Rankings - British Cycling's rankings are driven by the results we receive. Because of the above delay in uploading results, there will be a similar delay in the rankings being updated.
