The Ashton Canal (National Route 60) provides a traffic-free route for cyclists from Manchester city centre and Ashton to the Velopark. There are covered bike sheds close to reception for visitors, but they are advised to bring their own high security lock.

Taxi

There is plenty of space for taxi drop off and collection but no designated waiting area for hackney carriages. There are a number of private hire companies in operation in Manchester including Uber.

For any ticketing enquiries, the box office will open when doors open for each session.

Food and Drink

There are a wide variety of licensed bars and catering concessions available throughout the event, and please note that all concessions are cashless.

Drinking water from all venue taps and certain outlets are available, so you may bring in one 500ml empty bottle each into the venue.

Any lost items found will be handed to the NCC who will keep a record. Members of the public reporting lost items should be directed to the NCC reception to make enquiries there.
