About our club
Somer Valley Cycling Club is a friendly group of people all with a common interest in cycling. This includes racing, sportives and leisurely social rides.
We cover the area around Radstock and Midsomer Norton in Somerset, UK.
Depending on ability and inclination, members can choose from 4 different speed groups:
10:00am Group - up to 12mph average
09:00am Group - 12 - 14mph average
08:45am Group - 14 - 17mph average
08:30am Group - 17+mph average
These 4 rides take place on a Saturday at the above times.
All rides leave from the miners wheel in Radstock.
We also have a Sunday social ride. This leaves at 9am from the same place. Speed up to 13mph average.
