About our club
Sherwood Cycling Club is based in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. We have around 90 members within the club, who live in and around Nottingham.
We organise weekly group club rides as follows:
Weds - meet Lowdham War Memorial 9.15am - Ave speed 14-15mph - 40 miles
Saturdays - meet Lowdham War Memorial 10.am - Ave speed 14-15mph - 30miles (suitable for beginners)
Sundays - meet Lowdham War Memorial 9.15am (Mar-Oct) 9.45am (Nov-Feb)

We organise a full club racing calendar of Time Trials, these take in the spring/summer on Tuesday evenings (April to August)
The running of the club is done by elected members of the committee, who meet once a quarter to discuss club business.
