About our club
The Bradford Bandits BMX Racing Club based in Peel Park, BD3 0NF runs an
open session on Tuesday evenings (floodlit in winter) at which we loan out
BMX racing bikes, full face helmets and full fingered gloves to anyone who
wants to come along and have a go. Sessions are suitable for both children and adults, and are supported by fully trained first aiders.
The riders vary in age from 4 to 60+ and all are very welcome.
The Club has qualified coaches who are available on Tuesday evenings to
assist riders where necessary.
These are informal sessions and most of the riders learn from their peers.
The gate up to the track is open from 6.30pm and the session lasts
2 hours.
The cost is £3.00 for members and £4.00 for non members.
Annual membership is £10 for anyone.

All riders are required to take out Club membership.
The equipment is loaned out free of charge.
We require all riders to wear long sleeved shirts, long trousers, a well fitting full face helmet and gloves when
riding the track even in warm weather.
Parents are expected to remain at the track while their child is taking part in the club session.
It can be a bit hectic at the start as many riders who come along have no equipment and we have to get everyone kitted out as quickly as possible.
Please note that children who are attending any of our sessions must be accompanied by an adult - children cannot be dropped off and left on their own at the session.
The Club is a self funding community sports club run by a band of volunteers, in their own time, for the benefit of the local community.
