About our club
We are a cycling club based in Perth and are affiliated to both Scottish Cycling and British Cycling.
We provide a wide range of cycling activities mostly on the road but we organise frequent gravel rides and many of our members enjoy cyclo-cross training in the winter. The club runs regular time trial competitions and road training events during the summer months, and weekly training runs throughout the year. There are also a number of longer monthly rides and various social events.
Our members represent the club in a range of competitive events including road racing, time trialling, sportive and cyclo-cross. The club hosts an annual open road race (the Eddie Morgan Memorial Race) and also a popular reliability run, normally in March.
We meet on Sundays at the South Inch carpark in Perth at 0900 for a 35 to 50 mile ride. Mondays for social recovery rides at different locations during the summer. These rides are at the pace of the slowest rider and we always stick together. Club Time Trials and Training Rides are on a Wednesday night run from the April to September. During the summer we have gravel rides on Thursday evenings.
