About our club
Kingston Junior Cycle Club is the only club in Kingston dedicated purely to developing young cycling talent. KJCC has built links with adult clubs locally so there is an exit route once cyclists turn 16. All teenagers aged 14-16years can join the KJCC young volunteer program logging their hours to gain rewards and linking in with the BC scheme and DofE.
KJCC is here to provide opportunities for cyclists to turn their skills into a sport. KJCC started in March 2011 and has now seen 1200 young cyclists. The club prides itself on creating a family orientated environment, placing fun and enjoyment at the heart of everything it does. Plenty of KJCC members do race under the club colours and do so successfully having had coaching from KJCC level 1, 2 and specialist coaches; whilst the majority others are content with a recreational approach. Grass track skills are absolutely transferrable to the road so come down try it out and meet some like-minded friends.
