Welcome to Surrey Cycling Club – Your Hub for Inclusive and Dynamic Road Cycling in South East England

At Surrey Cycling Club, we pride ourselves on being a social-centric community with a racing pedigree. Whether you're a casual rider or a competitive cyclist, our club offers something for everyone. Established in September 2020, we've quickly grown into a vibrant group of over 160 active members, united by a shared passion for cycling.

Inclusive for All Ages and Abilities We embrace cyclists of all ages, from 18 to 72, and all skill levels. With six distinct cycling groups (G1 to G6), we ensure that every rider finds their perfect fit, whether you're just starting out or you're a seasoned pro. Our inclusive environment welcomes both men and women, fostering a supportive atmosphere where no one is left behind.

Social Club with a Racing Edge While we cherish our social rides and the camaraderie they bring, Surrey Cycling Club also boasts a strong racing formation. We've recently formed a dedicated race team, enabling our competitive members to participate in local and national events. This blend of social and competitive cycling ensures that all members can pursue their personal cycling goals within our community.

Comprehensive Ride Planning with Strava Rain or shine, our passion for cycling never wanes. We meticulously plan our rides using Strava, scheduling them weeks or even months in advance. This ensures that all members have access to detailed route information, including maps, elevation profiles, distances, and expected average speeds. Strava is our primary tool for organising rides, and we strongly encourage all members to join Strava free of charge and log their participation there.
