By joining Dunmow Velo you are accepting that you undertake to comply with and be bound by the rules, guidelines, and regulations of the Club at all times (rules and guidelines are available to download from the website), and in particular: 1) Ensure that your bike is in good working order before attending a group event, 2) Accept that by taking part in events organised by the Club, you understand that rides can contain certain inherent risks. You agree that you participate entirely at your own risk and accept that the event organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, claim, expense, injury or accidents which may arise as a consequence of your negligence. You will participate with care and attention, abiding by the rules of the Club. 3) You remain responsible for your own property and actions. Dunmow Velo recommends that members have appropriate sports insurance cover in place. If you do happen to hurt yourself personal sports cover will help cover medical costs and associated costs. Dunmow Velo recommends membership of British Cycling at Silver or Gold level. As an affiliated club new members obtain an introductory offer which will be issued on successful club membership. By purchasing membership you acknowledge that your information will be held by British Cycling and not shared with any third party, furthermore you may receive occasional email updates about British Cycling and will have the opportunity to unsubscribe from these updates at any time. |
