I am a passionate, full time coach with nearly 10 years experience working with all levels of rider across a variety of disciplines.

My coaching is fully bespoke and data driven and I am a Level 3 British Cycling Coach and Level 2 Training Peaks Accredited Coach

I have my own company Holly Seear Performance Cycling Coach and also work as a freelance coach for British Cycling and several other organisations.

I coach riders from novice through to individuals racing in the UCI World Tour with riders racing both in the UK and internationally.
