The 2010 Cycle Speedway season gets underway at Wednesfield's Ashmore Park track on 6th March when it plays host to 32 of the sports top UK based riders battling it out in the Midland Grand Prix. Tapes go up in the first semi final at 4pm and sees Wednesfield new signing Matt Beharrell up against ex team mate Andy Angell and Exeter's rising star Tom Reed.
Semi final 2 starts at 5.30pm and the draw has thrown up speedways big hitters going head to head. Multi Champions, Horspath's Steve Harris, Wednesfield's Lee Aris, Birmingham's new recruit Ben Mould and Leicester's Lukas Nowacki all vying for a place in the nights final which will be floodlit and gives the riders something else to consider during the heats.
