The final medal won by the GB Para-Cycling Team was Gold in the Team Sprint where the British team retained the title won in 2009 with a new line-up of Darren Kenny, Tel Byrne and Jody Cundy. Photos of all the days action.
WORLD CHAMPIONSHIP REPORTS (Results from the UCI)
Friday, 11 March Report: Brits deliver on the first day of the Para-Cycling Track World Championships in Montichiari with 7 Medals, 7 Personal Bests and 2 British Records.
Saturday, 12 March Report: After a strong first day at the Para-Cycling Track World Championships on Friday which saw Brits win seven medals, the GB Para-Cycling Team bagged six more medals on the second day of the competition on Saturday, with a number of brilliant performances by its experienced riders and new talent alike.
Sunday, 13 March Report: Britain scooped three Golds and two Silvers on the final day of the Para-Cycling Track World Championships in Italy, taking the total medal tally from the competition to 18 and ranking first in the medal standings.
