Event Summary

Event Overview

A chance for young riders to sample some healthy Go-Ride cycling competition, in a fun, safe traffic free environment.

The races will be multi lap events, with various coaching points around the course to help develop skills.

Riders will first ride the course several times under guidance of the coaches, to warm up and become familiar with the circuit (which will be a non technical circuit on grassy surfaces) coaches will help at various sectionsm, drilling skills...many of which will have been coached at our weekly go ride sessions.

Riders will then undertake a timed lap of the circuit, and these times will then be used to determine groups for several ability grouped bunch races.

Finally a mass start handicap race based on the first times will see the event close around noon...
