Option of two rides-

  • South Shropshire Tors. A challenging  100K mile route with over 1,460 ft of climbing taking in staggering ascents and descents over Kerry Ridgeway on the Welsh/Shropshire boarders http://ridewithgps.com/routes/5772497. Fully supported with 1st Aid, broom wagons and 2 food stops. Riders will be manually timed.
  • The Orchard Ride. A 19 mile round trip guided by ride leaders to ‘The Town in the Orchard’ Tenbury Wells along quiet lanes and through beautiful Teme Valley scenery. Gently undulating for the most part with just one steep climb as the route leaves the Teme Valley at Burford. These are just two of Ludlow’s Cycling Festival’s rides, a fun packed day for cyclists of all ages and abilities, promoted by Macmillan Cancer Support.  The festival will host a further range of activities and entertainment:-

  • a led Family Ride around Ludlow.
  • Turbo Time Trial Challenge – with prizes for the fastest speed and furthest distance in 3 minutes.
  • a free bike check
  • a host of other family based activities, refreshments, licensed bar and live music.
