Event Overview

The JEJames CycleFest Friendly is back for 2015, this 30 mile route takes in quiet roads and is a great route for those wanting to take on their first Challenge, the Friendly route does have a bite though with over 3,000ft of climbing.

For 2015 the Friendly has got a bigger more challenging 80mile route option. The 'Challenger' takes in taking in the classic Peak District climbs of Winat's Pass, Monsal Head and Curbar Gap and has over 7,000ft of climbing and 7,000ft of descending. A challenge for any rider.

Amazing scenery and views are a definate on both routes, so sign up for a good day in the saddle. 

JEJames will be offering free bike checks and the Sportive is part of the CycleFest demo weekend that runs between the 25th and 26th of April 2015 at the Norfolk Arms, Ringinglow, Sheffield, S11 7TS.

All riders must adhere to British Cycling's Event terms and conditions All riders must wear a helmet during the event All riders must be self sufficient out on the course and carry spares and tools ie tube, pump multi-tool We recommend riders carry a few gels / food for that extra boost The longer 'Challenger' route will have a mid point feedstation.
