This coaching event is designed to develop Women & Girls 14 years of age and above into Track racing. All the techniques and skills learnt on the day will help to develop riders in all forms of bike riding. The session is split into three ability groups outlined as follows:

Beginners Groups - This session is degined for new comers to the velodrome and will gradually and safely introduce riders to track riding. 

Novice group - This is designed for riders with little track experience and will focus on further developing the basics of track riding. This session is designed for riders who have previously managed to ride on or above the blue line of the track and have ridden in a line with other riders.

Intermediate Group - This session is aimed at riders with more than 4 hours track time and who are confident and competent enough to ride in line and change position in the line. This session will look to develop riders to a point where they can start to ride in a group cofidently and safely.
