Event Overview
Back after a 5 year absence the Grizedale Mouintain Bike Challenge is making a come back. The GMBC is a 30mile Endurance challenge event, that will test even the fittest riders with Technical uphills, Fun decents and lots of long climbs! Expect a mix of gravel track and bridleways to exaust and exhilirate you and views over Coniston and the Lakeland fells that take your breath away. With a full weekend of fun starting on the Friday with camping, Park Tool Pasta Party, Music and Bar. Event on Saturday followed by an after Party including Live Music and finished on the Sunday with a Bike Demo day, its a weekend not to be missed!

About the Event
Info for Riders
An offroad endurance cycle sportive. 30 Miles of offroad riding around the gravel tracks and Bridleways of Grizedale Forest in the heart of the Lake District. Don't be fooled by the distance however, the climbs make up for it!
Make a weekend of riding....
The weekend starts on the Friday night with the Park Tool Pasta Party, ready to Carb up for the next day. Camping will be on site, with light music and Bar on the friday. Race day on Saturday, followed by the after event party, Bar, BBQ, and live bands. Camping Availible again on the Saturday night. Sunday includes Brand demonstrations and Grizedale Mountain Bike Demo day with Brands such as Specialized, Scott, Saracen and Madison clothing, 5:10 shoes all confirmed. To finish the weekend there will be a shop ride finishing in a social dink in the pub.
For the Family...
Over the weekend there will also be family activities including a bouncy castle, discounts for Go Ape,
