CHILDREY SPRING CLASSIC

REGISTRATION: Opens at 8:00 am at the Fletcher pavilion, Childrey Playing Field – OX12 9NT

START TIME: From 9:00am to 9:30am

The Childrey Spring Classic is a locally run event aimed to kick start the spring cycling season. This is intended to be a sportive with a difference by offering a friendly event where you get value for your money.  There will be free bacon rolls, cake, tea and coffee at the end to refuel as well as some useful goodies to help with the ride e.g. water bottle, energy gel etc.

There are a choice of 2 routes which you can choose on the day, a short ~50km flat route or more challenging ~100km route with a few good climbs.

There is no chip timing but we will record times, which will be sent out a few days after the event.

Also to note:

• Comprehensively and clearly marked routes

• Free car parking (and plenty of it)

• Minimal mechanical support

• Showers, changing facilities and toilets available at HQ

• Hot drinks, bacon rolls and locally baked cakes will be provided after the ride

• All profits go to maintaining the facilities of the Childrey playing field

Entry @ £16.00 per rider.
