Together wth Garry Kirk Bike Fitting the Glasgow Nightingale CC present another edition of the Women's Lake of Menteith APR for 2020. This year's race will be held on a slightly longer, slightly flatter course taking in 30 miles of rolling Stirlingshire roads.

Race HQ will open at 8am with sign on closing at 9am.

The course will start on the A811 west of Buchlyvie, straight through Arnprior,turn left at the Kippen roundabout and to Thornhill, turn left and  through to Port of Menteith, contunue on A81, turn left at the Rob Roy Hotel, over the Flanders Moss to Smiddy roundabout where a final left hand turn leads to the finish line on Station Rd in Killearn.

With the start of the race being 2.5 miles from the race HQ all riders will gather in car park at the school to leave en masse at 9.10 am. Riders briefing will be in the lay by at the start on the A811. First group off at approx 9.30 am.

Safety of riders and all other road users is most important so keep to the left and ride in a safe manner at all times.
