Two routes to choose from, and raising money for the British Transplant Games. 

Cycling from Extra Skelton Lake Services takes in the scenic route around Swillington, Fairburn Ings before heading out to Selby, up towards Tadcaster and heading back towards Skelton Lakes where a welcome return will be waiting for you.

The routes are relatively flat with maximum 700m elevation gain on the longer route and 422m on the shorter route. 

This allows for those experienced cyclists to complete a loop quickly and to lay down some quick times, whilst allowing those who wish to see it as a personal challenge a balance between challenge and personal achievement.

There are two routes for this event, a shorter one at 57km/35 miles and a longer one at 91km/56miles.  Both routes start off together out of the event village at Skelton Lakes.  The event is a fundraiser for the British Transplant Games which are being held in Leeds in 2021.

These events help raise money for the games and athletes, as well as promoting those athletes who have had transplants and to celebrate their athletic endeavours.

The event will start with the long route being released from 9:30am, and with the short route being released at 10:30.

The event will be run in line with latest covid guidance and will ensure that if the event is cancelled refunds will be provided in full.
