This is the third of three Scottish Cycling Regional cyclo-cross coaching cluster sessions taking place in the October half-term holidays. This particular session is aimed at riders from the East of Scotland, and for those within easy reach of Edinburgh. 

IMPORTANT: Riders are welcome to attend more than one of the Regional sessions in the October half-term holidays, but please note that the content of all three sessions will be the same. You are encouraged to attend the session nearest to you and that is within your school holidays, or at the weekend.

About the Event

Info for Riders

This regional coaching session is aimed at riders in age categories SECOND year Youth C (under 12's) to junior (Under 18's), who are keen to develop their Cyclo-cross racing skills. Riders don't need to have a lot of existing experience in racing cyclo-cross to attend this session.

The session content will focus on technique development and some race activities.

More information will be emailed to you prior to the session, including the parental consent form that will need to be completed and returned prior to the session (unless completed for a previous session). The session will be subject to all Covid-19 protocols and mitigation as appropriate at the time of the session, in order to maintain a safe coaching environment. 

IMPORTANT: Any rider, coach or parent experiencing Covid-19 symptoms MUST NOT attend the session, and sessions may be subject to last minute cancellation in response to changes in government covid-19 restrictions.
