About the Event

Info for Riders

This session is for Youth A/B racers with race experience. .Junior riders are also welcome by prior agreement with the Palmer Park Velo team.  

Riders will need to bring there own equipment and enough food and drink to last an intense 2 hour training session working on circuit racing skills and race related training. 

In light of current circumstances there are no shower/changing facilities available.

All participants must use there own road bikes, bring appropriate clothing, food and drink for a 2 hour training session

 

Covid-19 Information:

If you, or anyone in your household is shielding or displaying and covid-19 symptoms do not attend this session. The on-bike sessions are designed to meet current social-distancing and hygiene requirements. Please respect normal social-distancing and hygiene requirements when off the bikes too.

  • Keep 1m apart. Stay in your designated chair and keep your area clear.
  • Do not share equipment.
  • Your own equipment should be clean and sanitised before you use it.
  • Do not congregate more than necessary before and after a session.
