What is it?

A 2 hour session dedicated to developing on & off bike skills along with physical elements required for success. Development Centres will support riders with their first step on the talent pathway and are for those who aspire to be become better bike riders and who might be looking to attend RSRs as well as current riders who have already engaged in RSR and Foundation programmes. Riders should be aware that these sessions will be physically challenging, meeting the needs of the racing standards of ALL Youth A & B bike racers.

Who delivers it? Delivery will be led by British Cycling Coach Tom Haines & Talent Development staff occasionally.

When is it?  Wednesday night from 7-9pm

Where is it? 

Please note this postcode and car park  Leicester Cycle Circuit New College Leicester Learning and Sports Village North Car Park St Oswalds Road Leicester LE3 6RJ

Who is it for? All Youth A & B bike racers

What does it cost? £5 per session -  on line entries only

What you need? Clean road bike in good working order*, helmet, gloves, appropriate clothing for the weather & time of year, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump, 2 bottles and enough food & drink to see you through the session and travelling home.

*If you do not own a road bike then a cross bike with road tyres on is fine.
