About the Event
Info for Riders
NOTE THE LATER START THIS WEEK ONLY: Due to an event, our session will run 30minutes later than usual
This session is a Track Cluster session supported by local club riders and coaches. The session will run for two hours where riders will be split into groups and run through a rotation of time on track and in track centre.
Entry is online ONLY, no entries will be accepted on the day
19.00pm - Arrival - Sign-on opens
19.15pm - Sign-on close
19.20pm - Rider briefing from coach
19.30pm - Start first Session Block
21.30pm - SESSION CLOSE
Riders should bring enough food and drink to last the duration of the training session. As usual, we will run short blocks of 10-15 minutes duration to allow time for recovery, feedback and re-fuelling.
Please don't forget to bring your helmet, cycle mitts (as these must be worn) and shoes.
Lee Valley Velodrome Bike Hire:
Minimum height: 145cm / 4ft 9ins (for bike hire)
Equipment hire: Gloves £4 | Bike and helmet £9 junior (under 18) | Look Keo Cleats £9
Bike and shoe hire is available directly from the venue/venue staff. Hire bikes come with Look Keo's/Flat pedals with straps fitted and these cannot be changed over. Saddle height however can be adjusted without the use of tools.
