About the Event

Info for Riders

The ‘Red Run’ (30 Miles) is a relaxed and entertaining ride that will suit all abilities and can be ridden on mountain bikes or hybrids – so no need to rush out and buy an expensive new road bike, (unless you so desire!). This route will be hilly and provides a fantastic introduction to sportive-riding.

The ‘Black Run’ (60 Miles) is a dramatic ‘modern-century’ through the Chiltern hills. This route will provide the best experience for riders on road-bikes of mixed abilities. An excellent challenge that most riders will be able to achieve providing they put in regular training. This will be a great opportunity to test yourself.

This year we are adding two new routes The Black Extra (80 miles) & The 'Purple Run' (100 miles)

Already regarded as one of most family friendly events in the region, this year’s edition will also include a guided cycle event for children, called ‘The Family Ride’ (10 miles). Taking in ten miles of beautiful local countryside, the route will be fully signed and include a feed station.
