This Time Trial event is part of the National Disability and Para-cycling Road Series 2024 brought to you by Jo Lifford.

The event is open to any rider with a disability who holds a valid British Cycling Silver or Gold membership, or a valid competition licence issued by any other national federation recognised by the UCI.

Info for Riders

Eligibility

• open to any rider with a disability who holds a valid British Cycling Silver or Gold membership or a valid competition licence issued by any other national federation recognised by the UCI.
• Classified riders will compete in the Sport Group allocated in their most recent National or International Classification session. However, International Classification will supersede National Classification for all events on the UCI calendar (incl. National Championships).
• Riders with a disability who do not meet the UCI eligible impairment criteria may compete in the following groups:
  • Men’s and Women’s Bicycles (MC-D, WC-D)
  • Men’s and Women’s Handcycles (MH-D, WH-D)
  • Men’s and Women’s Tricycles (MT-U, WT-U)
  • Men’s and Women’s Recumbent Tricycles (MT-R, WT-R)
  • Open and Women’s Tandems (OB, WB)
  • Riders under 16 from 14 years old may only compete in traffic-free or closed circuit events.

• Riders from each Sport Group will be set off in sequence. Riders within the Handcycle and Tricycle Sport Groups will be seeded based on current and previous series rankings, with the fastest riders starting first.
• Riders within the Bicycle and Tandem Sport Groups will be seeded based on current and previous series rankings, with the slowest riders starting first.

• HQ Address: Seagrave War Memorial Hall, Green Ln, Seagrave, Loughborough LE12 7LU
  There should be plenty of parking at the HQ however please park sensibly and ensure there is emergency vehicle access at all times.

• Please note – there will be no changing facilities or catering facilities available on site. Please ensure that you can be self-sufficient. There is a kitchen available at the HQ if bottles need filling or if you require hot water. Toilet facilities will be available.
