British Cycling Open Masters National Road Race Championships,

After the overwhelming success and positive feedback received from running this event in 2023 we are back for 2024! 

The South West Region welcomes you to compete in this prestigious event being run on another cracking 30 mile circuit on the north side of Dartmoor National Park.

This is a rolling course with many climbs and fast flowing downhill sections which will once again this year produce some worthy champions!

Races for all ages, Open 30+ held across 2 days.

The Women's championships can't be run on this weekend because of a clash with the BMCR Women's Championships.

Info for Riders

These are for Open category 30-39 & 60+  (need to be 30 at any time up to 31 Dec 2024). There are Championship Results for each 5 year age group. They are open to British Cycling Silver or Gold members, and who are British citizens. Riders must hold a valid UCI recognised licence showing the rider nationality as "GBR", which has been issued at least 28 days prior to these championships. If you are resident in another country you must hold a British Passport and must not, in that year, have competed in the National Championship of any other UCI affiliated federation. If you have a UCI licence, you must also be a British Cycling Silver or Gold member. Where numbers are such that age groups are combined, there will still be individual 5 year championships. However, there needs to be a minimum of 3 entries for a championship to be awarded.

There Will Be No Entries On The Line.
