An open event which also awards the Welsh Circuit race champions of 2024, depending on Welsh eligibility. A full programme of races across age ranges for both male and female riders, held at the closed road circuit of Pembrey.

The Welsh eligibility criteria is:

Rider to have been born in Wales
Rider to be the son or daughter of a person born in Wales
Rider to have resided in Wales for 3 years consecutively prior to the date of the Championship
