Event approved by the British Cycling South Team in partnership with South Region Clubs.

Open to all youth riders that have been attending Calshot Club Clusters or have ridden on the velodrome before.

What is a Go-Ride race?

Go-Ride racing is designed to encourage more people 16 years and under to compete in a fun, friendly and supportive environment.

You DO NOT need a British Cycling race license to compete. Results will be published but no British Cycling points are on offer.

You may be making your first venture into racing on the track or wanting some fun competition to practice before an upcoming event. Our format for the day will suit all riders; building on the skills practice at the Club Clusters.

The event will include mini races, heats and finals to suit all riders. 

Not sure what category to enter?

11:00       Novice racer are anyone who has never competed on the velodrome or has been attending the first session on Monday evenings.

11:00       Intermediate racer is anyone who may have raced before or has been attending the second session on Monday evenings.

Bike hire is available through Calshot Activities Centre and must be booked directly with them.
