JG Cycles CC p/b The Good Coffee Cartel, is proud to welcome you to the west of Scotland for this Regional A road race. Both a 2/3/4 cat race as well as an APR will be held on the renowned Moscow circuit just south of Glasgow. Our aims for this APR is to give female riders and less experienced racers a fun, good quality racing experience and we will prioritise entries from these groups, with time gap weighted against any Elite and 1st category Open riders.

An APR is a road race with groups set off at intervals based on ability and experience. Faster riders are set off last, with time gaps estimated to give all groups a fair chance of getting to the finish line first and winning the race. APR's are considered an excellent first road racing experience, as the pelotons are smaller and give the opportunity to work together with similar ability riders to either catch or hold off the other groups.

The 2/3/4 race will do 8 laps of the 11km circuit, while the APR will do 5. See the segment below:

New initiative for the APR race only - Bring a friend deal 

Buy one entry, get a discount on a second entry for a friend who has not yet raced in a Road event this year. If they are not a race license holder, we will cover their day license. Up to you how you sort the finances with your friend (maybe the next mid ride cafe stop is on them?).

Everyone will be asked whether they wish to select a standard entry (£25) or the "Bring a friend deal" (£35). Ignore the additional question if you're coming solo, if you're bringing a first time racer with you input their name and contact details - we'll sort the rest!
