Dual Slalom Night at Woodys

Event Overview

The 2nd event in The Cornwall Bicycle Project Summer DH Series.

 

Join us for a fun evening for entry level riders, going head to head on the dual slalom course.

A Dual Slalom Race is the perfect opportunity for young riders to take their riding to the next level.

Riders will be grouped to compete against their own age group with winners progressing into an all in grand final until we find the ultimate winner.  Age group winners will get a prize.

All riders will get a minimum of two races.

Registration from 3pm.

 

PRACTICE - 4 PM: Once you have registered head to the Dual Slalom track and get some practice runs in. 

TIMED TRIALS - 4.30PM: All riders will complete a two time trail (TT) runs, once on each side of the track. These will be head to head but it's the clock you are racing, your combined time will be used to rank and select riders for the elimination.

ELIMINATION ROUNDS - 6PM: The 64 fastest riders will go head-to-head with another rider. Only the fastest advances.

We have a strict limit of 128 riders for this event and early bird pricing until 3rd Jul (might be the 2nd, I still haven't worked out the BC Entry system) - DON'T CHANCE IT, GET YOUR ENTRY IN EARLY!

*FULL FACE HELMET and LONG SLEEVE TOP - COMPULSORY ( We will have some helmets to borrow on the day if needed)
