Thinking about racing your first cross country event (XCO)?

Would you like to get more confidence before the next Southern XCO race?

Wanting to push your limits in MTB or just improve your skills?

 

Solent Pirates are offering a pre-race training session the day before the Southern XC at Clanfield.  Open to women of any experience.

 

During this session we intend to help improve fundamental skills around the new course features, and help riders gain confidence with the intention of improving the racing experience and having fun on bikes.

 

We will talk about how to control your fear and stay relaxed and lose on the bike. You will ride with other women, make new riding buddies in a supportive and encouraging environment.

Welcome to Clanfield, a private site inside the South Downs National Park. Solent Pirates Youth Cycling Club hosting this session.

 

Session starts at 1100am and runs for 2 hours until 1300pm.

No membership or licence required.

MTB bikes in good condition and helmets are compulsory.
