CycleFest at Queen Elizabeth Country Park

Join us for a day all about bikes catering for all ages and abilities.

VC Venta cycling club supported by British Cycling South Region are planning a morning guided ride and some children’s and women’s coaching sessions.  These are being organised by Toby Leyland who also runs The Endurance Habit providing 1:2:1 coaching for regional and national level riders racing road and mountain bikes.

 

10-11:30am 90 min guided ride on the best bits of QECP, beginner-intermediate level, there will be 2 fully qualified coaches to take up to 16 riders max. Booking via QECP. Charge £5 pr person.

12-1pm Coaching for Women, primarily trail flow and confidence on the trail. 

1-2pm Kids coaching masterclass body position and technique on the trail.

  • Bike setup check – we’ll make sure your bike is set up properly
  • Helmet and clothing check - helmets are mandatory.
  • Bikes should be suitabelf for off road riding
