Welcome to Round 7 of the Western Cyclocross League, hosted by Bristol Road Club at the unique Kingsweston Estate in Bristol. 

We're excited to offer a course that should challenge seasoned riders while remaining accessible to newcomers of the sport. Our aim is to create an inclusive, family-friendly event that captures the spirit of cyclocross and is a great showcase for our local cycling community.

From the historic Kingsweston House to the varied terrain of the estate, this venue provides a unique backdrop for a day of thrilling racing.

ENTRY

  • Please enter using the online BC system.
  • On the day entries are cash only and will be subject to an additional £5 fee.

 

SIGN-ON

Signing on will take place on the southwest side of Kingsweston House, accessible from the Shirehampton Road car park along Severn Way. Here you can collect your race number and timing chip.

 

PARKING

Bristol Road Club are great advocates of sustainable transport and as such would encourage local people to cycle to the event as parking space is limited.

There are a few options for car parking, the preferred areas are:

There is a car park on the Kingsweston Estate, however the preference is to leave this for visitors to the house and areas we will not be using. These arrangements are in place to maintain a good relationship with the users of the Estate and enable an easier return in the coming years.

 

FACILITIES

  • Toilet facilities are available at the Kingsweston cafe.

 

PLEASE NOTE

  • All events have electronic timing.
  • Licence required.
  • Helmets Mandatory.
  • Riders MUST wear a number, or their timing chip whenever they are on the course.
  • Please clean your race number using the bucket sponge provided at the sign on desk before returning
