Last chance of the year for a blast round Carlisle Cycle Circuit and a good opportunity to harvest some end of season points!

We have a mix of races through the day, with Youth racing in the morning, and 2 stage Regional A race plus a stand alone Regional C+ Cat 4 bunch  race in the afternoon. So there's something for almost everyone.

Youth riders will have two races - a short time trial followed by a bunch race. Likewise the Regional A Race will consist of a 5km time trial and a 50 minute bunch race. British Cycling points will be awarded for both individual stages and the overall.

The two stages of the Regional A race will be separated by a 40 minute Regional C+ race for Cat 4 riders, also open to women of any category - a great opportunity for any Cat 4s still needing an extra point or two to achieve their Cat 3 licence ready for next year.

Carlisle Cycle Circuit is a purpose built Circuit easily accessible from Junctions 42 and 43 of the M6 with changing facilities and toilets available at the adjacent Harraby Sports Centre. We look forward to welcoming friends old and new to our last race event of the season.

Info for Riders

Times are approximate as time required for the time trials will vary according to number of entrants. A race manual will be distributed electronically after the closing date and will include a more detailed schedule.

Youth C,D and E riders will race simultaneously as will As and Bs, but separate results will be produced and podium presentations held for boys and girls in each age group.

For the stage races, the same bike and equipment must be used for both stages, and time trial specific bikes and equipment should not be used. Time trials will begin with one foot on the floor - there will be no held starts.
