British Cycling Pathway Cyclo-Cross RSR - North & Midlands #3

Go-Ride , Keighley – Saturday, 09 Nov 2024

Event Summary

Event Overview

Please note this session is by invitation only.

The objective of the coaching session is not specifically about physical training.

The focus of RSR sessions is to continue to develop tactical awareness and also on and off bike skills. The session also covers other essential athlete behaviours such as commitment, ownership, responsibility and excellence to help your progression towards the top of the sport.

To get the most out of this opportunity you should focus on committing 100% to all on and off bike tasks, also you should look to progress your development as much as possible during and post session (at home) as this is where you will make the majority of your progression - one session alone is not going to make you a world class bike rider.
