Info for Riders

 

These sessions are for riders already racing or planning to race track, numbers are limited to 40 racers who are Youth A/B and Juniors. 

 

This session will be a "Sprint night" - There will be one group based around some specific sprint races and how we ride them. If you nomrally do the enurance group, it can be a good way to try some sprint efforts. 

 

In order for riders to be considered for these sessions racers must be competent of riding at any point on the indoor track AND meet at least one of the below criteria:  

  • Be already racing on track 
  • Be Indoor Track accredited
  • Be an existing Track RSR or GBCT Foundation rider

Entry is online ONLY, no entries will be accepted on the day.

Riders will need to bring there own equipment and enough food and drink to last an intense 2 hour training session. 

Final information will be sent out a few days before the session.
