The race venue is a new cycle event destination. It has changing and shower facilities. Gartmore House can be found on the west side of the A81. The main entrance is from the main road between the two turn offs to Gartmore village. It is approximately 2 miles south of Aberfoyle. It has ad-hoc accommodation. About the Event
Info for Riders
Differing to the SCX as rankings based on overall time rather than points. Races run on ability rather than age. Each round will feature A,B, F categories. For overall classification in SuperQuaich ranking riders must complete 4 rounds.
Open A: 60 minutes intended for the fastest riders (Cat B, CX Band 5 Ranking)
Open B: 40 minutes, intended for the slower riders (No CX ranking points)
Female race: 40 minutes, only open to female (Cat B, CX Band 5 Ranking)
SQ races are open to riders from junior upwards.
Riders can only be part of one category for the duration of the series, nominated by the rider at the entry of their first series race. If the race is full the rider can enter another category but for the purpose of the series this would not count.
