A  short 0.7 KM section of the route will be shared with riders descending after having finished their race back down to the diversion at the LEYS village junction on the fire road.

The fire road will be signposted and marshalled for the safety of riders and other forest users. Riders will be instructed to keep left at all times.

Due to the limited size of the Hallyburton estate Car park, and to minimise the amount of vehicular traffic and impact on other users the Race HQ and riders car park will be located at the nearby Kettins community hub, which has parking space for up to 50 vehicles, toilet and changing facilities.

Riders and spectators will not be permitted to park at the start in the Hallyburton Forrest Car park.

There will be a small shuttle service for "on foot" officials and possibly spectators to and from the HQ to the race start.
