Event Overview

The Newport Track League will consist of a series of five Tuesday evening events featuring a diverse range of races across three distinct leagues: A League, B League, and a Youth-only League.

League Entry Regulations

Each league will adhere to specific entry categories as outlined in the British Cycling Handbook regulations. Participants are encouraged to familiarize themselves with these guidelines to ensure appropriate league placement.

Riders may be reassigned to different leagues based on their demonstrated ability. This decision will be made by the judging team on the day of the event, ensuring that all participants compete in an environment that matches their skill level.

The series will end with an overall podium for 1st -3rd placed riders with medals and series trophy.

Info for Riders

Sign-on for riders will open at 18:00 and close at 18:45, after which all riders must attend the mandatory briefing.

Riders should be prepared to race by 7:00 PM, starting with the Youth riders, followed by B League and then A League.

Please note that any rider competing in a league that does not match their skill level will be kindly asked to move to the appropriate category by the Chief Commissaire.

Endurance A – Elite, Cat 1,2,3 and Youth A riders ONLY
