Event Overview

New for this year, the Perth Grand Prix incorporate races for Open and Female categories, as well as support events for Regional B riders and Under 12s. With a total prize pot of £2000 on offer, there is plenty to race for!

The fun, technical circuit in the heart of Perth (see here) will provide excitement for competitors and spectators alike. There will be entertainment for the whole family in the event village, with the chance to try cycling activities in the activation area. 

Perth Grand Prix runs alongside day 2 of the 2025 Youth Tour of Scotland, which includes three stages of racing for Youth A and B riders on stunning Perthshire roads. 

Pitches are available in the event village, and there are other opportunities for brands to associate themselves with the event - please get in touch via ytos@scottishcycling.org.uk.

Info for Riders

Races are limited to 60 riders. If oversubscribed at the initial entry closing deadline on Sunday 16th March, entries will be selected based on licence category, followed by 2025 licence ranking points. 25% of each field will be reserved for Scottish based riders. Late entries will close on Sunday 30th March.

Provisional schedule is as follows:

Under 12 race: 09:00-09:20

Youth Tour of Scotland races: 09:20-14:30

Open Regional B (3/4 Category) race: 14:55-15:35

Female Regional C+ (E/1/2/3/4 Category) race: 15:50-16:40

Open National B (E/1/2/3 Category) race: 16:55-17:45
