New to cyclocross? We're particularly excited to introduce a dedicated beginners' race at each event, specifically designed to welcome first-time CX riders into this dynamic discipline. These novice-friendly races provide the perfect opportunity to try cyclocross in a supportive environment.

The course layouts make the most of Goldwell Park's natural features, offering a mix of terrain that's technical enough to be engaging but approachable enough to build confidence. You'll encounter flowing corners, gentle obstacles, and just enough challenges to keep you grinning from start to finish.

RACE DAY ENTRIES ACCEPTED AT THE REGISTRATION DESK

Twisting parkland courses accessible to all. MTBs, gravel bikes and cyclocross bikes are welcome and encouraged for new riders. The Series is a Go-Cross event and is novice friendly and open to riders of all abelites. If you are completely new to cyclocross, there is a beginner’s race included in the schedule.

All online entrants will be entered into a Prize Draw to be drawn at the podium.

The series will be held at Goldwell Park, Newbury on the following dates:

Race 1 Thursday 22nd May 2025
Race 2 Tuesday 5th June 2025
Race 3 Thursday 19th June 2025

Races will commence at 17:30 follow the schedule below:

If any category is undersubscribed, the organisers may decide to combine categories, by staggering start times and allowing the course to be shared. 

Tis is a Go-Cross event, and is open to all, no race license is required. (Those without a BC license will still need to register with British Cycling).

Parking is available near by site, but is pay and display, so make sure you have some change.
