A range of activities take place at the disability hub in Kent, primarily using the Cyclopark multi-sport centre.
There are also sessions at Lee Valley VeloPark, making use of the indoor velodrome and closed road circuit.
These sessions are for disabled riders of any ability looking to develop their technique, fitness and confidence – and are the first step for para-cyclists on The Rider Route for the Great Britain Cycling Team.
The Go-Ride team has a number of two-wheeled bikes, hand cycles and tandems for participants to use, or riders can use their own equipment. To reserve a bike it is important for riders to pre book on to sessions and email the leading coach (see above for the events calendar link and HSBC UK Go-Ride coach contact details).
Riders of any level are invited to attend these sessions and learn how to improve their cycling.
