Here is what you’ll need:
- 4 scoops of chocolate or vanilla protein powder
- 100g almond butter
- 4 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 6-8 tbsp almond milk
