What kind of riding do you do?
Time trials and road racing.
What do you enjoy most about cycling?
I enjoy the competition side, but also targeting specific areas to improve performance.
What’s your favourite ride?
It's local to me, although it involves some climbing! I like to ride over towards Loughborough around the Charnwood Forest, or maybe a few rides around Mallorca.
What’s your top cycling tip to share?
Appreciate that you can do it and enjoy it!
If you had a tandem, who would you like to ride it with?
Well, I should probably say Steve Bate as the stoker, I'm not so sure I'd like to be on the back! If I had to, as pilot I'd take Adam Duggleby or my coach John Hewitt or Jon Gildea.
