Summer Solstice Challenge

The new Summer Solstice Challenge is a one-day cycle ride to Stone Henge organised by Rugby's Charity Wooden Spoon. Challengers pledge to raise at least 275GBP each and get to choose their starting point, which are all rugby grounds. If you opt to set out from Twickenham the route is 118 miles, whereas anyone commencing the Challenge from Bristol or Bath will cycle only 50 miles. Family and friends are welcome to join in the celebratory barbecue at the finish in Barbury Castle, the site of an Iron Age hill fort on the northern edge of the Marlborough Downs.
