In August we announced the creation of a new elite road racing task force – chaired by Ed Clancy – to support our work to innovate and energise the domestic road scene.
The task force has been meeting regularly to assess the key challenges faced by organisers, teams and riders, and get a greater understanding of how the scene has changed over recent years. Hear more about what the task force has been discussing from Ed in the video below.

While our task force members have already been busy having lots of conversations with people interested in this work, in the next stage of the process we want to provide the whole community with an opportunity to share their thoughts on the opportunities and challenges ahead.
Riders who have entered national road events this year, road commissaires and road event organisers will receive a bespoke survey into their inbox, and we’re also conducting a targeted consultation of local authorities, team managers and a range of commercial organisations. However, all are encouraged to share their views via our open form below.
All responses will be considered by our staff team and task force, and the window for responses will be open for two weeks, closing on Thursday 2 November.
