By the start of the final lap, there was still a large group at the front of the race but by the finish, a breakaway had formed with three riders; Dani King, Twickenham CC’s Natalie Creswick and Dutch based rider Emma Trott of The Mischiefcard.com. All three were closely matched for the sprint but Dani King was the rider who had the most left in the tank at the end and crossed the line first ahead of Creswick and Trott.
